| Summary | The Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP) has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on World Class România S.A.. The controller had published the termination letter of an employee in a WhatsApp group used by the controller’s employees. As a result, all members of this WhatsApp group were granted unauthorized access to certain personal data of the data subject (surname, first name, address, ID number, information related to the request for termination). |
