Summary | The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,000 on Università Telematica Internazionale Uninettuno. A professor had filed a complaint with the DPA against the educational institution. The professor had applied for a position at the university and submitted his CV for this purpose. The university then published it without blacking out certain personal data that concerned his personal sphere. The DPA considered this to be a violation of the principle of data minimization. |
